Office Manager (Kyiv) job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Planning office expenses (quarterly budgets, procurement, reporting). Managing the full procurement cycle: from needs analysis to selecting suppliers and overseeing deliveries. Handling payments and coordinating interactions with suppliers. Supervising the work of cleaners, security, and facility managers. Supporting daily office operations and creating a comfortable environment for the team. Organizing workstations, ordering furniture, access passes, and equipment. Procuring food supplies (lunches, snacks, water, coffee supplies, etc.). Arranging internal meetings, events, and office tours. Managing correspondence (Nova Poshta, laptops, documents). Resolving day-to-day operational issues and responding quickly to unexpected situations. Conducting annual inventory. Managing corporate communications (announcements, news, festive decorations). Assisting with relocations, repairs, and the sale of office assets.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Skills in planning and budgeting.
Ability to work with contractors and suppliers.
Experience in managing procurement and office operations.
Self-organization, systematic approach, and structured thinking.
Proficiency with Google tools.
Knowledge of Jira is a significant advantage.
