RESPONSIBILITIES
Terms of reference
Keeping the office tidy and organized
Management of administrative matters and day-to-day office duties
Planning and execution of orders for office supplies, equipment and office purchases
Coordination of renovation work and cooperation with external suppliers
Organization of documents, correspondence and mailing
Searching for solutions and proposing improvements if you see something requiring it
… and many others that can surprise even our Office manager 🙂
Competencies sought
Ability to work a designated time (approximately 20 hours per week – 1/2 full-time)
Open to work from 12:00 to 16:00
Good English at least B1-B2. sometimes needed to communicate with foreign partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple threads simultaneously
Ability to manage one's own working time
