We are seeking a versatile, organized, and proactive Multimedia Coordinator to support the Media function. This role combines creative content assistance with operational support, ensuring campaigns, events, and day-to-day media activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with different teams, and takes initiative to keep projects on track.
What you’ll be doing:
Creative Media Support
Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, written materials, and audio for campaigns, events, and social media.
Support the scheduling and posting of content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Collaborate with content writers and the media team to transform written materials into engaging digital formats.
Help track and report on media and social performance metrics.
Creative Operational Support:
Work closely with the Events Coordinator to support the planning, logistics, and execution of events.
Prepare and organize materials for events, including presentations, graphics, and multimedia assets.
Assist in coordinating schedules, bookings, and other operational tasks for events and campaigns.
Maintain spreadsheets related to budgets, media projects, and timelines.
Organize files, contracts, and paperwork to ensure easy access for the team.
Anticipate the media team’s needs and provide day-to-day operational support to keep workflows efficient.
The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor’s degree preferably but not limited to Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in managing social media platforms, and/or media coordination.
Proficiency with WordPress and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter).
Comfortable using Wordpress, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Positive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask across administrative and project-related responsibilities.
Team player who enjoys supporting different functions, including events and content coordination, while also capable of working independently.
How you’ll work:
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Malta - Hybrid (3 days office based - 2 days work from home)
