Motion Designer (Marketing Zone)

Analyzing creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversions) and optimizing creatives accordingly. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals. Adapting creatives for different platforms and formats. Producing animated banners and video ads of various lengths. Maintaining a high production pace for creatives. Keeping up with trends in digital marketing and advertising.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Ambition and a strong desire to grow into a Motion Designer Lead (Marketing) role.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D / Blender.

Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate).

Experience creating creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Strong skills in motion graphics and animation for advertising campaigns.

Understanding of short-form video content specifics (15–30 seconds) for ads.

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

Knowledge of UX/UI principles for advertising creatives.

Understanding of A/B testing and a data-driven approach to creative optimization.
