Middle User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads Leadgen) - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Creating, managing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns for LeadGen funnels in US and EU GEOs. Optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS. -

Generating hypotheses and implementing them to achieve target CPA and CAC.
Testing new funnels and funnel variations.
Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Motion Designers.
Conducting competitor research.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition management.
Proven cases of managing Meta Ads budgets from $50,000+.
Experience working in LeadGen niches in the US (Loans, Home Improvement, Insurance).
Experience with Conversion API and Meta Pixel.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and their impact on project profitability: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS.
Preferred experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Keitaro.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality hypotheses for ad creatives.
Desired English level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
