Middle Talent Sourcer job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Proactive search for candidates across various online sources: Telegram, social networks, professional communities and forums, job resources, LinkedIn. Analysis of the candidate market to develop an effective sourcing strategy tailored to the position. Entering candidate information into the internal database (Jira, People Force). Initial communication with candidates to establish contact. Expanding the network of contacts and building an active candidate pipeline on an ongoing basis, taking into account the team's future needs. Optimizing sourcing channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience as a sourcer in the iGaming niche (IT and non-IT vacancies).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade.
Ability to work at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a team.
English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
