Remote SMM | Full time Apply job description Your focus will include: Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across social media platforms. Drive organic user acquisition through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and other platforms. Create, test, and scale short-form content formats. Identify trends and quickly adapt them to our products. Launch and grow niche or thematic accounts when needed. Build traffic funnels from content to app or website conversion. Track performance metrics and optimize results based on data insights. Continuously experiment and improve growth performance.
You’re our ideal candidate if you have:
2+ years of experience in organic user acquisition via social media.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms.
Proven experience growing accounts from zero to measurable results.
Hands-on experience creating and scaling short-form content.
Understanding of the funnel: content → engagement → click → install.
Analytical mindset with experience working with metrics (reach, CTR, retention).
Data-driven approach and experience with A/B testing.
