Middle Operations Manager job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Optimizing existing end-to-end processes (idea → launch → scale) and creating new ones. Strengthening project management standards, retrospectives, and Stop/Go logic. Analyzing bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in collaboration with department heads and the COO. Supporting automation of routine tasks, standardizing checklists and processes in coordination with implementers and automation specialists. Working with financial metrics in coordination with the Finance team: forecasting ROI, efficiency metrics, and payback periods. Developing the team in collaboration with HRBP, the L&D department, and team managers by supporting the integration of corporate values into operations, ordering strategic sessions with external consultants, and participating in the design of systems that help scale the business. Supporting analytics for decision-making at all levels.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ years of experience in an operational/process role (PM, BizOps, ProductOps).
Experience building and scaling processes in a cross-functional environment.
Understanding of metrics language, ROI, budgeting, SOPs, and team dynamics; proficient in Excel and AI tools.

Administrator: Creating and maintaining systems that enable scaling.
Integrator: Understanding that people drive business, recognizing team capabilities and limitations, and actively combining them.
Entrepreneur: Prioritizing efforts to strengthen systems by focusing on business impact, cash flow over time, and the best alternative opportunities.
Producer: Supporting existing processes and dashboards to enhance others’ results.
