You’re our ideal candidate if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in Monetization Management.
Have hands-on experience with market and competitor analysis.
Possess strong expertise in retention metrics analysis.
Have practical experience running A/B tests (20+ per year).
Confidently work with Amplitude and Google Analytics (experience with OneSignal will be a plus).
Understand cohort analysis and product performance evaluation.
Have practical experience in UX/UI and conversion rate optimization.
Experience in highly competitive affiliate niches (dating, gambling, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key KPIs for the role:
Revenue growth.
Revenue per User.
Repeat conversion rate.
LTV.
Funnel conversion uplift.
Experiment velocity.
