Middle Manual QA Engineer (Freelance) job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Performing various types of testing. Creating and maintaining test documentation (Bug Reports, Checklists). Verifying implemented functionality and tasks. Communicating with project participants.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Web Application Testing Experience:
Understanding of core web application aspects: ability to create test scenarios with get/post parameter passing, test scenarios for pagination, testing redirects and AJAX requests.
Ability to verify data in databases (retrieving information and checking changes in database tables).
Proficiency in using services for cross-browser and cross-platform testing (e.g., BrowserStack).
Understanding of HTTP response codes.
WordPress Application Testing Experience:
Experience testing web applications on CMS WordPress.
Experience working with WordPress, understanding the admin panel structure, working with plugins and themes.
Experience in setting up, administering, and testing WordPress sites.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
Technical SEO Aspects Understanding:
Ability to create test scenarios for web application pages that affect site ranking in search engines.
Understanding of aspects and requirements that may impact SEO optimization.
Basic knowledge of technical SEO analysis tools (Google PageSpeed, Screaming Frog).
Testing Theory and Methods:
In-depth knowledge of core testing methods and approaches (functional, regression, integration testing, as well as performance testing).
Experience creating test plans, writing test cases, and working with test management systems such as TestRail.
Test Automation:
Proficiency in using test automation tools (Jenkins, Allure Reporter, WebDriverIO).
Additional Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an advantage.
