WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience as an HR People Partner/Manager/Generalist for at least 2 years.
Organization and structure: ability to meet deadlines without reminders and independently plan your work.
Proactivity: initiating and proposing ideas rather than waiting for ready instructions.
Ability and desire to connect with different people—conducting 1-1 meetings, exit interviews, and challenging conversations.
Experience interacting with managers and providing consultations.
Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
English at a confident conversational Intermediate+ level—there will be communication with foreigners.
Experience with HRM systems (BambooHR/PeopleForce/Hurma), drafting instructions and policies, as well as communication messages.
Nice to have: Experience in an IT company, affinity for numbers and Excel (Google Sheets), experience organizing online team-building events and conducting surveys. It will also be a significant advantage if you are based in Kyiv and can visit our office for team activities.
