WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
2+ years of experience in email marketing.
Understanding of key metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate.
Basic knowledge of ESPs or marketing automation platforms.
Experience in running A/B tests and analyzing results.
Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and understanding of user journey logic.
Copywriting or design skills.
Basic HTML skills for editing email templates.
