Middle Affiliate Manager/Biz Dev (Igaming) - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO Partnerships & Negotiations: Agreeing on CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models and securing exclusive deals. Building and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
Conducting negotiations with partners regarding cooperation terms. Participating in international conferences and face-to-face business meetings. Searching for and launching new offers. Operations: Launching test and live campaigns. Scaling profitable campaigns. Data-driven analytics and decision-making. Setting up postbacks. Configuring offers in Keitaro. Registering accounts in affiliate programs. Finance & Control: Distributing traffic between media buyers within campaigns. Monthly financial reconciliations. Maintaining financial reports and tables. Synchronization and coordination with the finance manager.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
2+ year of experience in iGaming / Affiliate Marketing.
Understanding of main traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, UAC, etc.).
Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA / Hybrid / RevShare / CPL.
Hands-on experience with Keitaro.
Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Referon, NetRefer, etc.).
Participation in international conferences, business meetings, and networking.
