Media Buying Team Lead( Facebook) job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage buyers: hiring, onboarding, development, goal setting, and performance control. Launch and optimize Facebook campaigns in the gambling vertical. Collaborate with other departments: Dev, BizDev, Design. Maintain reports, analyze data, and prepare optimization recommendations. Mentor and develop juniors, contribute to building the team’s knowledge base. Plan budgets and manage ROMI. Create and optimize team processes. Develop effective funnels specifically tailored for Facebook campaigns.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads algorithms and policies.
Experience working with trackers and analytics tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large budgets.
Understanding of key performance marketing metrics: CPA, ROI, CTR, CR, CPC, CPM, CPI.
Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for results.
Experience in testing and building creative databases.
Experience in finding, testing, and scaling bundles.
Understanding of farming processes and specifics of working with gray/white schemes.
Experience managing budgets from $30k per month (personally) and from $100k+ per month (for a team).
Knowledge of other traffic channels will be a plus (Google PPC, In-App).
Experience working with Android/iOS applications, PWA.
Experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
2–3+ years of experience working with Facebook (preferably in the gambling/betting verticals).
