About the Role
 
As a Media Buyer with expertise in programmatic advertising, you’ll take ownership of planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across leading DSPs. You will work hands-on with platforms such as Smadex, Criteo, Kaizen, Jampp, StackAdapt, BidMind, The Trade Desk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and others.
 
Your focus will be on driving performance through data analysis, advanced targeting, and precise execution across in-app and mobile web inventory.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Launch and manage performance-based digital campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPM) across a variety of programmatic DSPs
Optimize audience targeting, creative variations, bids, and placements for maximum ROI
Analyze campaign data daily and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Allocate budgets efficiently while maintaining KPI goals such as install volume, retention, and ROAS
Identify new opportunities, trends, and growth areas within DSPs and ad tech
Collaborate with internal teams (design, dev, analytics) and external vendors to align strategies
Stay updated with the latest features, technologies, and trends in programmatic and mobile advertising
Prepare detailed reports and present performance insights regularly
What You Bring
 
2+ years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns via programmatic DSPs
Deep understanding of at least 2–3 of the following platforms: Smadex, Criteo, Kaizen, Jampp, Liftoff, Moloco, IronSource, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, RTB House
Strong command of Google UAC and experience scaling app-install or in-app action campaigns
Experience with mobile app attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
Highly analytical and numbers-driven; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets in a fast-paced, remote environment
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a deep interest in mobile performance marketing
Previous work in industries like mobile gaming, sports betting, or entertainment
Nice to Have
 
Experience with MMP integrations and postback setup
Familiarity with DSP bidding strategies and LTV optimization
