Join our Direct Department at Traffic Lab. We operate in the exciting space between operators (casinos) and customers, where engaging and commercial communication plays a central role.
 
About the role:
 
As a marketing coordinator / part-time labber of our Direct Department, you will play a key role in developing and executing exciting email marketing activities. You will be at the heart of our communication strategy, collaborating across Email, Paid, and Organic channels to ensure our messages hit the mark.
 
In our dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to assist with everything from campaign planning to creative content development. Your role is not just about execution; it’s about being proactive and contributing to the overall success of the team’s daily operations, even when things move fast.
 
Your main tasks:
 
Primary focus: Email Marketing & Automation
 
Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including planning, technical setup, and meticulous quality assurance.
Support the development of automation flows and customer journeys to enhance user engagement.
Create compelling content and messaging for email communication, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
Supporting responsibilities:
 
Collaborate cross-functionally by assisting with organic social media posts and supporting broader initiatives within the Direct Department.
Handle diverse ad-hoc and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Note: While the role is based on 15 hours per week, there is a possibility for additional hours during busy periods or specific projects.
 
Who are you?
 
There are several ways to fit this role, but we imagine you are either:
 
A student currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, digital business, or a related field, looking for a student job to supplement your studies with valuable hands-on experience.
A professional seeking a part-time position where you can apply your interest and competencies in digital marketing.
Regardless of your background, you are structured, detail-oriented (especially regarding proofreading and campaign testing), and thrive in an international and energetic environment where English is our primary language.
