Responsibilities
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing activity plans for iGaming products;
Coordinating with Direct and Functional Managers to set clear goals and define tasks;
Hiring, onboarding, and mentoring marketing specialists to build an effective team;
Initiating and managing product-related marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
Conducting analytics and preparing regular performance reports for the marketing department;
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts;
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Design, and Events;
Managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects;
Identifying market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly;
Supporting brand development and enhancing product visibility across digital channels.
