Marketing Designer - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Create static and video performance creatives according to briefs. Adapt creatives to different formats and platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Produce multiple variations for A/B tests.

Analyze basic performance reports together with media buyers or creative marketing manager and refine creatives. Keep project files structured and maintain an up-to-date base of creatives and references.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, basic video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut).
Experience creating static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
Understanding of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CR.
Experience with A/B testing of creatives and making variations.
English sufficient to work with ad copy for the US market.
Personal qualities:
Result-oriented, understands the goal of each creative.
Attentive to details (texts, layout, brand guidelines).
Open to feedback, ready for fast iterations.
Responsible, meets deadlines, can handle several tasks at once.
Proactive, offers ideas and hypotheses for new creatives.
