Marketing Analyst - We’re looking for a data-driven SEM specialist with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience to lead and optimize our activities across multiple channels and markets.
The role includes managing Search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and handling large-scale budgets in competitive environments. We're seeking a strategic thinker and proactive leader, someone who drives innovation, takes ownership of high-impact projects, and constantly looks for smarter, more effective ways to grow performance.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale global PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, managing high-value budgets in competitive verticals.
Report on performance against business goals and proactively test new strategies, creative, and solutions to drive growth.
Track and analyze KPIs to find actionable insights. Use this data to optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI continuously.
Requirements:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid search acquisition, demonstrating a track record of success.
Deep practical expertise in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage high-budget, global PPC campaigns, utilizing current best practices
High proficiency in Excel – Must.
Exceptional analytical skills, deriving actionable insights from data, and making clear data-driven recommendations.
Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
A strong team player with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
