Learning and Development Team Lead job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Define and execute the learning and development strategy with a strong focus on operational and service teams, which are currently key drivers of the holding’s growth. Act as a business partner to stakeholders: deeply understand the goals, priorities, and constraints of different business areas and translate them into effective development solutions. Design and launch custom development programs for teams and managers, taking into account business specifics, organizational maturity, and operational challenges. Build close collaboration with HR Business Partners and team leaders to identify real development needs rather than formal or surface-level requests. Design and support manager development as a core capability: people management, performance management, decision-making, and accountability. Work with external providers, selecting learning tools and solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and hands-on working formats focused on practical application and real use cases. Contribute to cross-holding and HR/Communications initiatives.
