Lead User Acquisition Manager - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO Team management: goal-setting, prioritization, development, and mentorship of the UAM team. Cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, Head of UA, analysts, and product managers to achieve common business goals.
Campaign performance analysis: monitoring key metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations. Experimentation & testing: hypotheses, funnels, A/B tests, creatives, new channels, and new approaches. Ownership of traffic profitability in your direction and continuous performance optimization.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
2+ years of experience working with Meta acquisition.
Experience managing a User Acquisition team.
Proven track record managing marketing budgets ($100k+ monthly) in Tier 1 markets.
Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and the ability to analyze and influence them.
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
