Lead Product Manager - The Lead Product Manager is responsible for a product or product line's strategy, roadmap, and feature definition.
They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends. Translate these requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and iteration. Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the product meets quality standards.
Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Analyze data, gather insights, and iterate on the product strategy based on feedback and results.
Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Use insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the product. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to drive continuous delivery, enhancement, and optimisation of the company’s product portfolio.
Support the team in executing the product roadmap in alignment with squad priorities. Ensure effective communication of roadmap changes across teams, and evaluate outcomes to determine success and inform future decisions.
Serve as the primary liaison to the Director of Product, driving alignment on all product-related initiatives, coordinating cross-team collaboration, and implementing necessary process improvements.
Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and clearly articulating product vision and strategy.
Any other adhoc duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing team performance effectively through the practicing of ongoing performance management, including conducting performance reviews and regular 1-1 meetings.
Leading by example by delivering positive results and being a visible Catena ambassador.
Communicating effectively and ensures information is delivered in a clear and timely manner.
Taking ownership of recruitment and selection for your team by working closely with HR and TA teams.
Enabling team and individual growth from induction stage to ongoing learning and development.
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
3+ years working with Technology Product development and delivery, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
Previous experience in leadership positions.
Excellent Communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions.
Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, adapting messaging to suit the audience.
Familiarity with design and UX principles.
Strong understanding of the product prototyping process, with hands-on experience from concept to validation.
Technical understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies.
