Actively contribute to LPO strategy to improve landing conversion rates and customer experience across multiple paid acquisition channels and traffic types;
 
Prepare ideas for new upper-funnel user journeys based on traffic type specifics;
Set up and maintain tracking parameters and tools, regularly checking their accuracy independently or with the support of the Q&A team;
 
Coordinate marketing team plans for landing pages and A/B tests;
 
Take day-to-day ownership of all landing page assets and their performance;
 
Conduct competitive analysis for benchmarking and identifying optimization opportunities;
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead creative brainstorming sessions and align on test priorities;
 
Contribute customer insights to help create content that reflects our brand and drives marketing efficiency;
 
Lead the execution of experiments — from A/B test wireframing and asset development to analyzing and reporting results.
 
Experience you’ll need to bring:
Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, ad formats, and major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, etc.);
 
Proven experience in A/B testing and landing page optimization;
 
Solid proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Excel etc.);
 
Ability and curiosity to dive into technical tasks or testing processes, ensuring smooth tracking and data accuracy;
 
Excellent time management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and processes efficiently;
 
Structured and organized mindset, able to prioritize, document, and execute systematically.
