Junior+/Middle Ai Developer - We are currently looking for a Junior+/Middle AI Developer who will design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, develop RAG pipelines and AI agents, and contribute to building intelligent features and automation tools for our products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Design and implement AI flows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. Build and integrate LLM-powered features — chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, semantic search. Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini APIs, and/or open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral). Develop AI agents and tool-use workflows for business automation tasks. Evaluate model outputs, tune prompts, and iterate on quality metrics. Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews. Document and test solutions, experiments, and architecture decisions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Must Have:
2+ years of experience in Python development.
Practical knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar).
Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph (solid pet projects count).
Understanding of RAG architecture: chunking, embedding, vector stores (Qdrant, FAISS).
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured output).
Comfortable working with REST APIs and basic backend patterns (FastAPI / Flask).
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI agents (ReAct, function calling, tool use).
Exposure to fine-tuning workflows (LoRA, PEFT, or full fine-tuning).
Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.
Docker basics for containerizing AI services.
Experience with observation tools for AI (LangSmith, langfuse).
