Junior International Accounting - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Preparation and control of the primary documents for non-resident companies, systematization and administration of documentation taking into account the requirements of the jurisdictions.

Preparation and processing of data for the accounting of non-resident companies, control of correctness the bookkeeping of financial transaction in QuickBooks. Data preparation for the reports and providing to accounting providers for submission to the tax authorities and other authorities in definite jurisdictions. Participation in the external annual audit, collect and submit to auditors all information in response to audit inquiries and substantive procedures. Assistance in preparation of financial statements of foreign entities on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually). Ad hoc requests.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields.
1+ years of experience in a similar practical experience with in-depth accounting knowledge, preferably in IT industry environment.
Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks).
MS Excel, Google Sheets on High level.
Experience working with invoices (verification, search, creation, reconciliation with transactions).
English - Strong Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.
Knowledge of international taxes (VAT, CIT) - will be a plus.
