Junior Full-Stack (PHP/Symfony) Developer job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Page layout and JavaScript logic implementation. Developing and maintaining backend functionality in PHP (Symfony). Working with databases using Doctrine ORM (entities, migrations, queries). Integrating third-party APIs, form processing, and validation implementation. Participating in code reviews and contributing to overall code quality. Writing documentation. Addressing technical debt.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 1 year of experience with PHP 8+.
Experience with Symfony/Laravel (routes, controllers, services).
Proficiency in Doctrine ORM (entities, migrations, queries).
Experience with Redis.
Knowledge of Twig templates (templates, inclusions, filters).
Experience with Webpack.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, adaptive design (Flex/Grid).
Deep understanding of JavaScript (events, fetch/AJAX).
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL.
Proficient use of Git.
Confident command of the terminal, Composer, and npm/yarn.
English language proficiency at no less than intermediate level.
Nice to Have:
Technical education (programming, software engineering, cybersecurity, etc.).
Experience in product companies.
