Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns for Sportsbook and Casino products;
Support retention, acquisition, and reactivation initiatives across multiple channels (email, push, etc.);
Work with predefined customer segments to deliver personalized campaigns;
Learn to work with player data and contribute to improving targeting criteria;
Track campaign performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions;
Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign results and key insights;
Work closely with design, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines;
Assist in coordinating promotional activities around major events (e.g., football matches, esports tournaments, or casino launches);
Support the setup and maintenance of automated CRM journeys under senior guidance;
Learn and apply best practices for CRM platforms and marketing automation tools;
Gain hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis;
Develop an understanding of the LatAm gambling market, culture, and player behavior.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
At least 6 months of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital campaigns (experience in iGaming is a plus);
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools;
Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets;
Ability to track and analyze basic KPIs;
Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher). Spanish is a plus.
