Jr Affiliate Manager

Jr Affiliate Manager - We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales and a genuine interest in affiliate marketing to start a career in the role of Jr Affiliate Manager.

Responsibilities:
 
Assist in developing and executing strategies for B2B affiliations in iGaming, including partnerships with operators, software providers, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, helping to grow our network and identify new opportunities.
Maintain listings and enhance visibility on Revpanda’s platforms, coordinating marketing efforts targeted at B2B audiences.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and support optimization of the affiliate program.
Conduct market research to identify quality services in iGaming and assist in onboarding new partnerships.
Support the organization of marketing activities with partners after agreement signing to maximize collaboration.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
Understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization.
Ability to identify and develop partnerships that align with the strengths and needs of both parties.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in English (spoken, reading and writing).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Experience communicating via different channels on daily basis.
Self-discipline and can-do, curious and positive attitude; high stress-resistance.
Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship-building.
Professional communication and business etiquette.
Good to have:
 
Experience in affiliation, marketing, sales.
Experience with CRM systems and Excel.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Development or a related field.
Experience within the iGaming industry.
