Jira board & Project Manager Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience: Background in Operations, Finance, or Affiliate Marketing (with a strong understanding of payment workflows). - Hard Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (managing large datasets, reporting) and solid experience with Jira. - Skills: Ability to handle financial documentation, reconciliations, and various payment types (Fiat/Crypto).
Responsibilities
- Payment Management: Full-cycle processing of affiliate partner payments (Performance, Fixed Fee, Crypto, Terminations) across 9+ GEOs. Daily payment monitoring and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly reports (KPIs, regional performance), accrual files, and bonus reconciliation files for the Analytics team.
- Operational Control: Managing tasks via Jira, liaising with Finance and Payment teams, resolving pending payment issues, and performing partner account corrections.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensuring strict matching of agreements and invoices to minimize financial exposure and preparing quarterly cohort reports.
Nice to have
- Experience working with regulated markets (DK, SE, RO, NL, etc.) and understanding specific compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with affiliate platform management (OAFF tasks).
- Experience in scaling operations for new market launches.
