Internal Communications Specialist job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Managing the company’s information space (approving newsletters, tracking communication plans). Writing announcements and creating regular communications (e.g., weekly digests). Project management of CSR initiatives, such as Ukrainian Victory Support. Comms Operations: filling in metrics, managing the company’s video and photo database. Continuously improving communication formats and introducing new ones.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience in internal communications, employer branding, or PR in product companies.
Copywriting skills (in Ukrainian and English).
Basic project management skills (working with deadlines, planning, task setting).
Understanding of corporate communication culture.
Strong visual taste.
Relevant experience using internal platforms (Slack, Notion, etc.).
Attention to detail.
Literacy (both linguistic and communicative).
Critical thinking.
Creativity.
Appropriate communication style (ability to adapt tone to the audience).
Initiative.
Ability to work at a fast pace without unnecessary “smoothness” in workflows.
