Influencer Marketing Specialist Job Purpose: The Influencer Marketing Specialist will own and scale Catena's influencer marketing program across both AI-driven and human influencer channels, acting as the bridge between the Social Media Specialists' brand projects and the wider affiliate and monetization ecosystem. This role is responsible for scouting and outreaching talent (personally or using discovery platforms), setting and activating campaigns with branding, engagement or conversion purposes, and monetizing influencer relationships across gaming and sports influencers. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will also be responsible of ideating and monitoring the campaigns as well as tracking performance. This role is deeply integrated in the Social Media activity at large and it collaborates with Content and Digital PR for branding and authority amplification opportunities as well as content distribution projects.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Sourcing
Collaborate on strategy development for the influencer project and own its implementation across key markets
Source, vet, and onboard gaming and sports influencers using discovery platforms (e.g., Modash, Upfluence) or leveraging other channels (individual scouting, industry contacts, owned or contracted content talent etc.)
Build and manage a freelance influencer pool to scale activity, experiment with formats, and support seasonal or occasional needs.
Integration with Business Purposes
Supply influencer talent and content to the Social Media Specialists (Casino and Sport) in support of their brand-level projects and campaigns.
Ensure influencer content is fully integrated into the broader social and content ecosystem, aligned with brand tone and compliance.
Act as a bridge between social media and monetization/affiliate structures to organize influencer monetization.
Perfomance Optimization
Set up and maintain UTM-based attribution to track influencer-driven traffic, leads, and conversions.
Report on influencer performance, depending on campaign goals (e.g., engagement, cost per post, audience trust, sentiment signals, inbound traffic, conversions etc.)
Continuously optimize the influencer mix and spend based on measurable ROI.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all influencer partnerships and content comply with gambling regulations, platform policies, and disclosure requirements across operating regions.
Work with Legal to formalize influencer agreements and mitigate risk.
Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
