Lead the influencer strategy for the Latin America market in line with brand and business goals;
 
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers across Kick, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms;
 
Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting;
 
Monitor performance, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and provide insights and recommendations;
 
Keep up with sports culture and social media trends to identify new content opportunities and emerging talent;
 
Collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic direction to external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media strategy;
 
Solid understanding of sports and streaming;
 
Familiarity with online sports betting platforms and audiences;
 
Active social media usage with a strong understanding of platform dynamics and content trends;
 
Experience working with the Chilean market or familiarity with its digital landscape.
