We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager (Paid Channels) to join our Copenhagen team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and play an important role in expanding Gentoo Media’s iGaming affiliate business. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing performance marketing channels and other monetized acquisition sources, ensuring maximum profitability and sustainable growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in optimizing campaigns and negotiating agreements in the dynamic and fast-growing world of the iGaming industry, surrounded by talented colleagues and a truly international culture.

As our Head of Content you will
 
Management:
 
Ensure content delivery focused and aligned with user intent.
 
Build and develop a team, creating the necessary tools, processes, and training.
 
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team, fostering quality, growth, collaboration, and innovation.
 
Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance and productivity, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
 
Streamline the content production process, ensuring smooth communication between teams, market contacts, and other departments.
 
Gather feedback from content managers to identify areas for process optimization.
 
Strategy:
 
Collaborate with Market Managers and SEO Managers to align content priorities with business goals and audience needs.
 
Refine content topics, prioritizing high-impact keywords and opportunities based on market and business insights.
 
Work with transversal teams to set and adapt the strategy of each website.
 
Track performance by monitoring content metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.
 
Create clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights.
 
Set deadlines and expectations, establishing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for smooth workflows.
 
Develop a content strategy for new assets with a clear calendar, aligned with business goals.
 
Content quality check:
 
Prepare and share guidelines with Content Managers, ensuring content meets brief requirements, adheres to SEO standards, and aligns with business objectives.
 
Incorporate fact-checking and accuracy into writer guidelines.
 
Guarantee consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content, aligned with brand standards.
 
Optimize internal linking structures to guide users through the site and boost SEO performance.
 
 
 
Your profile should include :
 
 
Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in a similar content management role within the iGaming industry (sports betting and online casino).
 
Mandatory: Native English speaker with strong writing skills, able to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content. English is also the company’s main internal communication language.
 
Mandatory: Strong business-driven mindset with a clear understanding of what type of content converts.
 
Mandatory: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in on-page SEO.
 
Ability to build and manage a content development strategy.
 
Proven experience in organizational and project management roles.
 
Data-driven mindset: analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable with KPIs.
 
Strong leadership and team management skills.
 
Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes.
 
Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity, and other content-related solutions.
Russian, Bulgarian, or Czech language skills are a strong plus.
