HRIS (Salesforce) Administrator Job description As a HRIS (Salesforce) Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our human resources operations through Salesforce/Sage. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Salesforce/Sage instance to optimize HR processes, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration with a focus on HR modules and a passion for leveraging technology to support HR initiatives.
Job responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce/Sage to meet HR business requirements, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, performance management, and reporting.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Implement and manage Salesforce automation (e.g., workflows, process builder, approvals) to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR processes.
Maintain data integrity through data quality assessments, validation rules, and regular data cleansing activities.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to HR Managers on Salesforce functionality.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate Salesforce(HRIS) with other systems and applications.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on HR operations and recommending best practices.
Job requirements
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on HR modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management).
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English language knowledge.
