HR People partner - WHAT YOU’LL DO: Managing the full onboarding cycle for new hires within the teams, including pre-start preparation, conducting adaptation meetings, and supporting newcomers during their first months in the company. Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees and managers. Participating in the Performance Review process and providing operational support.

Supporting employee development and creating PDPs together with managers.
Advising employees on HR policies and benefits.
Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a healthy team climate.
Preparing and conducting Exit Interviews, as well as analysing turnover reasons.
Working in Jira and BambooHR, preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
Greeting employees on special occasions and overseeing the delivery of corporate gifts.
Participating in the organization of team-building activities and in-office celebrations.
Creating and updating policies and documents according to department needs.
Conducting employee surveys.
Participating in HR projects—initiating, shaping, and developing them together with the team.
 
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 1 year of experience in HR in a similar role.
Ability to work with HR metrics, analyse data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Practical experience conducting 1:1 meetings, Exit Interviews, and handling conflict situations.
Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
English level of Upper Intermediate or higher, as you will be communicating with native speakers.
