Hr Operations Specialist - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency.
Core HR processes management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR. Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization. Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies. Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ years of experience in HR operations.
Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Bamboo HR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems.
Strong ownership and accountability for HR processes and initiatives, with the ability to proactively drive improvements and deliver results.
Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings.
Ability to create and design HR policies.
Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports.
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.).
English at Upper Intermediate level.
Will be a plus:
Experience working with Confluence.
Ability to clearly formulate requirements and prepare task descriptions for technical teams (e.g., Jira tasks), ensuring smooth implementation of HR-related processes and automation.
Experience in fast-growing, structured companies.
