Perfect for those who aim to:
Act as the go-to HR contact in our office, providing daily support and guidance to local teams;
Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, policy clarifications, documentation, etc.);
Assist in local recruitment processes as needed, independently sourcing and hiring when required;
Provide informed perspectives on labor law, compensation practices, and local market conditions;
Collaborate with regional People Partners to ensure consistent processes across geographies;
Offer proactive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency;
Take ownership of HR-related queries, policy explanations, and benefits clarifications on-site;
Work closely with team leads to build a positive, people-first culture.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
Ideally 1+ year of experience in any HR-related function, including generalist, administrative, or recruitment roles;
Candidates from people-centric roles (e.g. Customer Support TLs, team supervisors) with strong people management experience are also encouraged to apply;
Understanding or the ability to quickly grasp local labor market and HR processes;
Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and with empathy;
Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) and fluent Spanish;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across a variety of responsibilities.
