We are looking for a Head of SEO who will take full responsibility for the company's organic growth and lead our team to achieve ambitious goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of responsibilities
Strategia & Leadership
You will take full responsibility for an SEO strategy focused on dominating SERP results in many markets (Poland and abroad).
You will manage a team of SEO + link building specialists .
You will work directly with Project Managers and other departments.
You will take on the role of an owner - you initiate, propose, test and deliver solutions instead of waiting for guidelines.
Operational scope
You will develop SEO action plans, prioritizing keywords with the highest ROI .
You will establish KPIs, processes and work standards for the SEO department.
You will streamline or build from scratch a process for effective information flow between SEOs, PMs, and the content team.
Technical scope
You will oversee the technical site architecture , crawl, indexing, and overall site performance.
You will take responsibility for the analytical toolset and infrastructure (GA4, Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
You work closely with the development team to plan and implement technical improvements focused on SEO.
Content & Automation Scope
You will define, create or improve content quality standards in line with EEAT principles and real user engagement.
You will build processes that use AI to automate content creation , with appropriate oversight and quality control.
You will oversee the link acquisition process – locally and internationally.
Sought-after competences
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO (including technical, content and off-site).
Experience in a Senior/Lead SEO role, Head of SEO or Team Lead preferred.
Team management skills: delegation, mentoring, feedback.
Proven success in improving SERP results or achieving large-scale organic growth.
Excellent knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO and the impact of link acquisition on website performance.
Goal orientation and responsibility for project results.
The ability to draw conclusions from data and propose actions.
Proficient in using tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
