Lead and scale a media buying team, providing guidance on performance marketing, analytics, and best acquisition practices;
 
Develop, own, and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, LTV, and lead generation;
 
Utilize a wide range of digital acquisition channels including Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, Performance Max), Meta, In-App networks, Display Networks, ASO, and ASA to drive measurable and scalable results;
 
Analyze performance across channels, creatives, funnels, and cohorts to identify growth opportunities and optimization points;
 
Leverage data analytics tools to derive actionable insights, evaluate marketing approaches, and continuously improve campaign efficiency;
 
Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, new traffic sources, and acquisition approaches, integrating them into existing strategies;
 
Develop, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and sustainable scaling;
 
Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and retention teams to maximize overall user acquisition performance.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
5+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing / User Acquisition;
 
2+ years in a leadership role with team management responsibility;
 
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, mobile, and in-app traffic sources;
 
Deep understanding of performance metrics, including ROI, CPA, LTV, funnels, and attribution models;
 
Proven ability to optimize acquisition costs and scale profitable traffic;
 
Experience in iGaming / Sports / Casino industry (strong advantage);
 
Experience working with the Asia region (a plus);
 
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
