Head of Direction/Head of SEO We are looking for a Head of SEO with strong hands-on experience in highly competitive niches who can do more than manage processes — someone capable of building a scalable SEO strategy that drives sustainable organic growth and business results. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who makes data-driven decisions, has a proven track record of scaling SEO initiatives, and knows how to build high-performing teams. Remote Full-time | SEO Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and execute SEO strategies for highly competitive markets. Scale and grow multiple SEO directions and initiatives. Launch new projects and identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth. Lead multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across SEO, Link Building, and Content. Define strategic priorities and effectively allocate resources and budgets. Analyze competitors, market trends, and experiment results to identify new growth opportunities. Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue, and ROI. Respond quickly to search engine algorithm updates and performance fluctuations. Build scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting systems across the SEO function. Drive AI adoption to optimize SEO workflows and content production.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
5+ years of experience in SEO.
2+ years of experience as a Head of SEO or in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in the iGaming industry or other highly competitive niches.
Experience leading SEO teams or managing multiple SEO directions.
Demonstrated success in growing organic traffic, increasing revenue, and scaling SEO projects.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, link building, website architecture, and modern SEO best practices.
Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and business metrics.
Solid understanding of how SEO impacts business growth and revenue, not just search rankings.
Experience building scalable processes, KPI frameworks, and high-performing teams.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to stay hands-on and continuously test new ideas.
