Requirements:
Strategic Leadership – Lead the performance marketing strategy for our B2B unit, shaping campaigns across Google and Bing to drive growth and market leadership.
Growth Planning – Identify and scale new B2B verticals, implementing innovative approaches and leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize performance.
Team Leadership – Manage and mentor both junior and senior marketers, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and drive measurable results.
Drive growth in B2B verticals and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize impact.
Apply an AI-driven mindset to leverage cutting-edge tools and stay ahead of industry trends.
Combine business acumen with deep marketing expertise to deliver measurable results.
What we’re looking for:
 
7+ years of experience in AdTech and Performance Marketing, with proven success in B2B environments.
Proven, hands-on experience in Google/Bing Performance Marketing.
Significant background in B2B Marketing or SaaS Marketing, with demonstrated success in scaling global campaigns.
Strong business understanding beyond PPC metrics, with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
AI-driven mindset – someone who understands how to leverage technology to stay ahead of the curve.
Analytical, data-oriented leader who can engage in deep business discussions and help the team enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with native-level English.
