What we expect of you?
Hands on affiliation account management across several international markets.
Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the Chilli Partners group new depositing customers.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
Managing, mentoring, and training the Affiliate department.
Responsible for the Affiliate targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.
Growing and developing the Affiliate team, including performance reviews, staffing and growth and career development.
Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners.
What we’re after
At least 6 years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming casino brands.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of team management.
Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics.
Strong management leadership and relationship skills.
Proactive and multitasking personality.
Upper-intermediate level of English (B2). Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
