Remote Full-Time | Marketing Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Running A/B tests to increase conversion: hypothesis creation → launch → analysis → implementation of winning solutions. Optimizing web flows: landing page → quiz → paywall → purchase. Prioritizing CRO hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and test results. Analyzing competitor pricing, paywall logic, and offers as sources for new experiments. Working with key metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV) to guide experimentation and scaling decisions. Close collaboration with the CEO and Head of Product on launching and iterating web funnel experiments. Cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and an analyst to implement experiments and improve funnels.
