Full Stack Tech Lead job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Designing the architecture of new projects and evolving existing systems. Working with multiple teams (6 teams, 15+ developers) by providing technical support and expertise. Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and supporting developers in solving complex technical challenges. Troubleshooting and resolving non-trivial technical issues. Communicating with stakeholders and translating business goals into effective technical solutions. Building, optimizing, and automating development workflows (local development, deployment, CI/CD, project adaptation). Improving development and delivery processes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
A Senior Engineer who is motivated to influence architecture, processes, and overall quality.
Confidence in taking ownership and working effectively in uncertain or evolving environments.
A passion for helping other developers and sharing knowledge.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A desire to grow into a Tech Lead / Technical Owner role rather than a people management position.
