Lead the frontend team and drive technical decisions;

Design and maintain frontend architecture, ensuring high code quality;

Select, implement, and improve technologies, standards, and best practices;

Review code and mentor developers;

Plan tasks and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams;

Optimize interface performance and ensure stability.
Experience you'll need to bring:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of core language concepts;

Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architecture;

Ability to work without reliance on a specific framework (framework-agnostic mindset);

Experience with Web APIs, real-time communication (WebSocket/SSE), and API integration;

Solid understanding of frontend performance, stability, and optimization techniques;

Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining code quality standards;

Experience with SSR or backend-related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET Core / Razor);

Experience working with high-load systems;

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI);

Previous Tech Lead or leadership experience (nice to have);

Upper Intermediate level of English.
