About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. Based in our Douglas office, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
Manage a team
Take care of collection
Maintain relationships with banks
Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Finance Manager or a similar role
Experience in digital marketing, media, or iGaming industries is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure
