Job Description:

 

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager, supporting a growing international team.

 

In this role, you will lead the Accounts Payable function and manage the end to end Order To Pay process, ensuring accurate cost control, timely payments, and strong compliance across finance operations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage the Accounts Payable team

 

Oversee the end to end Order To Pay process

 

Ensure accurate cost allocation and sanitisation

 

Handle invoice processing and dispute resolution

 

Manage the finance mailbox and respond to queries

 

Oversee bank payments and reconciliations

 

Recommend improvements to cost allocation methods, invoicing applications, and reporting accuracy

 

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

 

Conduct cost analysis and support VAT compliance

 

Maintain documentation and provide training to team members

 

Perform reconciliations and financial reviews

 

Oversee payroll and contractor payments

 

Qualifications:

 

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)

 

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar finance role

 

Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards

 

Solid understanding of VAT, corporate tax, and related regulations

 

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Xero

 

Strong Excel skills

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the igaming industry

 

Experience leading or managing a finance or Accounts Payable team

 

Familiarity with process automation in finance operations

 

Experience improving cost allocation and reconciliation processes

 

Experience with payroll and contractor management

 

High energy, positive attitude, and proactive approach to problem solving
