Facebook User Acquisition Manager

08 SEP 2025

Facebook User Acquisition Manager job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Plan/launch/optimize FB campaigns to drive high-quality installs → trials → paying subs; manage ABO/CBO, placements, and bidding. Define event schema with product/analytics; maintain MMP + SKAN configuration and run periodic tracking QA. Operate a rolling creative factory: briefs, storyboards, weekly batch testing, and hook/angle reporting. Run structured tests on paywalls/onboarding with product (pricing, trials, copy, visuals) and loop results back to UA. Budget pacing & forecasting; shift spend by marginal ROAS/pLTV and cohort performance. Deliver weekly insights with clear next steps; flag risks (signal gaps, policy issues) early and propose fixes.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ yrs Facebook (Meta) UA for iOS/Android subscription apps; proven wins on AEO/VO and revenue-based optimization.
Attribution & events: MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), SKAN 4+ mapping, in-app events (trial_start, sub_start, renewal, refund), CAPI App Events/Enhanced -Conversions; experimentation with conversion schemas.
Creative system for mobile UA (UGC, motion, hooks/angles) across 1:1 and 9:16; disciplined A/B testing and readouts.
Deep subscription metrics: CTR → CVR to trial → Trial→Paid, D1/D7 retention, ARPU/LTV, churn/renewal, paywall/onboarding testing.
Collaboration with ASO/paywall teams; experience influencing store assets and onboarding flows for CVR lift.
Strong analytical toolkit (Sheets/Excel, cohorting, pLTV forecasts); ability to make allocation calls quickly.
Outcome-oriented generalist who can own the whole UA loop from creative briefs to LTV readouts.
Curious, structured, and experiment-first; documents learnings and scales what works.
Calm with delayed/aggregated iOS data; pragmatic about signal loss and experiments under SKAN.
