Facebook Media Buyer

10 SEP 2025

Facebook Media Buyer job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Plan/launch/scale FB lead-gen campaigns for Financial vertical/Credit (primary) plus. Car Insurance/Home Improvement as needed. Own arbitrage math: daily pacing, bid/budget moves, creative rotation; reallocate to protect marginal EPL/ROAS. Build & maintain tracking: Pixel + CAPI, GA4 events, offline conversions; run regular attribution QA. Maintain suppression audiences (visitors/leads/buyers), frequency hygiene, and creative fatigue control. Drive LP/flow experiments (headline, proof, steps, micro-copy, form fields) with clear experiment logs and post-mortems. Partner with lead buyers/ops to improve accept rate and average price, and to troubleshoot quality flags fast. Weekly insights: what we tested, what moved EPL/ROAS, and next bets.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ yrs hands-on Facebook (Meta) Ads for lead generation.
Proven arbitrage mindset: buy low / sell high → optimize CPL/EPC/EPL.
Accept Rate, Reject Rate, and margin.
Conversion plumbing: GA4 + GTM, CAPI, offline conversions, web pixel events; QA of postbacks and S2S.
Audience ops at scale: exclusions/suppression lists, 1P hashed uploads, broad + interest stacks, geo layering.
Landing-page & funnel testing (forms, multi-step, pre-qual), copywriting for compliant ads/LPs (TCPA-safe, no misleading claims).
Strong analytical skills; fast diagnosis from channel → ad set → creative → placement.
Comfortable with buyer integrations and KPIs (ping/post or direct post, waterfall logic, return windows).
Clear English; crisp, action-oriented reporting.
Revenue-driven owner’s mindset; thrives on weekly targets and fast iteration.
Compliance-first (Special Ad Category: Credit): proactive with reviews/appeals and policy-safe creative.
Hypothesis-driven, numbers-obsessed, and calm under pressure; communicates simply and directly.
