What you'll be doing
Project Management & Tracking: Oversee and coordinate strategic and operational projects across SEO, Content, Product, Design, and Technology.
Cross-Departmental Alignment: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, breaking down silos and resolving bottlenecks.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and milestones for COO-led initiatives, providing clear reporting and early risk identification.
Operational Support: Act as an extension of the COO in meetings, follow-ups, and decision execution, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements to streamline operations.
Communication & Reporting: Prepare dashboards, reports, and updates for executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
Leadership Enablement: Support team leads in structuring projects, aligning priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
Who we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in operations, business management, or project management roles.
Background in digital, technology, or online industries; iGaming, digital marketing, or affiliate industry experience is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional projects and driving results in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
Strong analytical skills; ability to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
Competency with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without direct authority.
Proactive problem-solver with a structured approach to execution.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-growth, changing environments.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
